Baked Salmon
Serves 4 (3 oz per serving)
Ingredients:
4 1 ½ inch thick salmon fillets (12 oz)
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon dried dill
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place uncooked fillets in a buttered shallow baking pan.
2. Blend all remaining ingredients by hand.
3. Spread mixture on top of fillets.
4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
