If you have chronic kidney disease and will soon be starting treatment, our Healthy Options class will help you feel better prepared. Your friends and family are also welcome to sign up.
The first class, taught by one of our dialysis nurses, covers how your kidneys work and treatment options, including both in-center dialysis and home dialysis. The second class covers nutrition and adjusting to life with kidney disease. It’s taught by a renal dietitian, social worker and members of the Road Back To Life, a support group for patients.
