PSKC requires all staff be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved religious or medical exemption. If an offer of employment is made, you will be asked to provide proof of COVID vaccination or submit a request for religious or medical exemption prior to your first day of employment.

Our Culture

Our approach is simple – we support our staff as we support our patients. Our 225 staff members know they’re part of a dedicated team of professionals who provide quality and compassionate care that is appreciated and valued by the patients we serve. But don’t take our word for it. Here’s what Norma, one of our in-center dialysis patients, says about her experience:

“I was really thankful that I got to go to PSKC. It’s so well-run and, to me, a cut above the rest. It’s a home away from home. Being that you’re at dialysis often, you really want to feel comfortable.”

We’re a growing organization that stays true to its foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting people in our community.
