Directions

1. Place parsley, garlic, oregano, black pepper and red pepper in a food processor and finely chop.

2. Add olive oil and vinegar and blend.

3. Marinate with vegetables, meat, steak, chicken or fish for at least 3 hours or overnight

2 large garlic cloves, peeled
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
