Cashew Fruit Dip

This dip is a wonderful addition to a party or potluck. It is also a great quick snack to have at home. Serve with apples, strawberries, peaches, or your favorite fruit.

 ½ cup raw unsalted cashews
 ½ tbsp maple syrup
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tsp water

Grind Cashews in a blender.

Add maple syrup and vanilla extract to blender with cashews.

While blender is running, add water until you like the texture. You may need more than 2 teaspoons.

Serve with your favorite fruit.
