Chicken ‘n’ Grape Salad Sandwich

Perfect for picnics, this delicious sandwich is packed with plenty of crunch. A must tagalong for your next adventure!

What you need:
 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
 ½ cup celery, diced
 ½ cup green pepper, chopped
 ¼ cup onion, diced
 1 cup grapes, sliced
  cup mayonnaise
To make the sandwich:

Toss together chicken, celery, green pepper and onion.


Add sliced grapes and mayonnaise.


Mix gently.


Spread chicken ‘n’ grape blend on bread, roll, tortilla or pita.


Add crisp lettuce or other greens.


Serve with fresh or canned fruit.
