Cool Whip Ice Cream Sandwich

A tasty treat for any season, this creamy dessert is the perfect item to satisfy your sweet tooth!

What you need:
 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (optional)
 1 tbsp water
 1 package of graham crackers
To make the sandwiches:

Whisk protein power, water and vanilla extract together in a medium size bowl until powder is dissolved.

Mix in chocolate syrup.

Fold in Cool Whip.

Pour into baking dish and freeze for at least 2 hours.

Slice the ice cream into 1-by-2 inch squares and place them between two graham crackers.
