Fruit Salad with Honey, Mint and Lime

This delicious fruit salad is quick, easy, and refreshing. Perfect for summer gatherings like potlucks, BBQ’s, and cookouts.

 ¼ cup fresh lime juice
 1 tbsp honey
 ¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
 3 cups blueberries
 1 ½ cups strawberries, quartered
 1 ½ cups pineapple, diced into small cubes
 2 cups seedless grapes

Whisk lime juice, honey, and mint in a small bowl.

In a large bowl combine grapes, blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple.

Mix dressing with fruit and stir until fruit is coated.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve chilled.
