Mustard Dill Salmon and Green Beans

This sheet pan dinner of salmon and green beans is fast, easy, and delicious! Heart healthy, low sodium and perfect for a quick meal.

What you need for the salmon:
 1 lb salmon
 4 tbsp stone ground mustard
 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 1 tsp dill
 2 tsp lemon zest
 1 whole lemon, sliced
What you need for the green beans:
 4 cups green beans
 2 tbsp olive oil
 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 ½ tsp black pepper
To make the dish:

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix mustard, lemon juice, dill and lemon zest.

Place salmon on baking sheet. Top salmon with the mustard mixture and lemon slices.

In a large bowl, mix green beans, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest and pepper.

Spread green beans around salmon on the baking sheet.

Place baking sheet in oven, bake for 12-16 minutes depending on the filet thickness.
